“When we decided to make an offer on a 1963 stone rancher, our biggest concern was the galley kitchen. Having previously lived in a new colonial, we had been used to a center island and a Great Room feel where the kitchen flows right into the main living space. When our offer was accepted, we got serious about making some changes. Our realtors recommended TM Contracting and right from the start we felt at ease. Tim joined us for the home inspection, listened to our list of “must-haves” and came back to us with three workable options for reconfiguring our entire first floor living space, including some great ideas we never would have considered.As the project progressed, some unforeseen issues came up, but Tim and Dan were always one step ahead with recommendations on how to work through every problem and make the end result even better. "... The final stage was the most challenging for my wife and I. We had to pick out paint colors, tile design, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, etc. Throughout this stage, Tim offered helpful suggestions from the color of grout in the bathroom to the way the doors should swing. His guidance was reassuring, and we were pleased with his recommendations.
Throughout the renovation of our basement, Tim and his subcontractors were very professional. We never once felt uneasy about them being in our home. If they told us that they were going to be at our house at 7:00 AM on Saturday, they arrived at 6:45. When Tim gave us a time of completion for different stages of the renovation, he always met these dates.
